What you'll do

• Deliver individualized one-to-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes under BCBA supervision
• implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods, including DTT and NET
• support Spanish-speaking families during sessions and parent training
• record behavioral data electronically
• communicate client progress to the BCBA and clinical team
• participate in parent training, team meetings, and generalization activities
• assist with assessments and session preparation
• follow behavior intervention plans, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements.
