The Clinic Medical Assistant role is onsite in Metropolis, IL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $16.66–$24.98 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare patients for procedures and assist within scope of experience and licensure
• obtain and record vital signs, height, weight, clinical history, and reason for visit
• provide age-specific information to patients and families
• prepare, administer, and record medications under provider supervision and within license scope
• obtain insurance pre-certification
• schedule tests and procedures
• maintain drug-sample logs, clean and stock rooms, sterilize instruments, return patient calls, and maintain supply inventory.
