What you'll do

• Supervise Program Delivery Specialists, including scheduling, coaching, training, workload planning, and performance feedback
• lead and maintain delivery routing using routing, GIS, mapping, and Salesforce tools
• coordinate route changes
• align routing and delivery with distribution operations
• support volunteers and monitor service windows
• maintain route records
• analyze delivery trends and recommend improvements
• plan for growth, staffing, holidays, weather, and emergencies.
