The role supports individualized treatment and caregiver involvement through clinical meetings, supervision, training, and behavior-support strategies.
What you'll do
- Implement individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision
- collect and record client data using Motivity and other electronic systems
- teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
- support social-skills groups and clinic activities
- assist with parent coaching and caregiver support
- participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and monthly training
- learn and implement proactive behavior-support and de-escalation strategies.
