The Workers’ Compensation Paralegal role is hybrid in Greenbelt, MD, with four days in the office and one remote day; the schedule is Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM. Compensation is $33–$36 per hour. What you'll do

• Manage workers’ compensation cases, track deadlines, and maintain organized files
• prepare, file, and maintain petitions, applications, medical records, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents
• communicate with clients under attorney guidance
• collect, organize, and review medical records and bills
• research Maryland laws and procedural changes
• schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings
• coordinate with opposing counsel, medical providers, and clients
• prepare trial binders and exhibits.

Why this role
