The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Wellness Nurse role is onsite in Belleville, IL, with pay of $33–$35 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with daily clinical operations and resident care
• support resident assessments, care plans, and wellness monitoring
• assist with medication management and clinical documentation
• mentor and support caregiving and medication staff
• monitor changes in resident condition and communicate with physicians and families
• support staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and training
• help ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• assist with survey readiness and quality assurance
• promote resident dignity, safety, independence, and quality of life.
