What you'll do

• Develop candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
• conduct Boolean searches and review candidate profiles
• manage personalized outreach sequences and screening calls
• test messaging and sourcing channels
• track funnel metrics and build dashboards
• document effective approaches in playbooks
• share market insights with leadership
• collaborate with founders and hiring managers
• train offshore sourcing support.
