What you'll do

• Fill in for General Manager vacations and serve as a temporary General Manager at cafes without one. Assist with inventory training when needed

• coach, train, and develop managers and crew
• assist with hiring and staffing at critically understaffed cafes
• support software rollouts and training
• ensure team training programs follow Tropical Smoothie Cafe and DYNE standards
