What you'll do

• Coordinate production and items for delivery to shops and clients
• maximize kitchen staff productivity
• assist with team training
• monitor equipment cleanliness and sanitation
• coordinate with kitchen and store managers
• help ensure retail sites are stocked
• control food waste
• support special events
• maintain recipe, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
• assist with ordering, inventory, menu development, recipe trials, costing, pre-orders, and opening and closing procedures
• support personnel policies and corrective action as directed.
