Inside Account Manager

The Inside Account Manager role is onsite in Madison, WI, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation is $65,000–$80,500 per year, with potential commissioned pay after one year. What you'll do

• Maintain customer relationships and buying cycles

• respond to sales leads and inquiries
• provide quotes and credit terms
• resolve product and delivery issues
• use CRM to track activity
• coordinate with production, warehouse, and marketing teams
• assist and mentor new sales team members.
