What you'll do

• Implement written plans and behavior-change programs
• complete data and incident reports
• follow household routines
• maintain home cleanliness
• support hygiene and medication administration
• arrange emergency medical care
• safely lift, transfer, and position residents
• observe residents and maintain required records.
