What you'll do

• Respond to client inquiries through ticketing and phone
• address custodial data, performance calculations, data feeds, aggregation, reconciliation, and account/security merges
• investigate and resolve issues or escalate them
• maintain client interaction records
• monitor service-level agreements and support KPIs
• contribute to user guides and knowledge-base materials
• identify recurring issues and coordinate with product, engineering, consulting/onboarding, and data teams.
