The Project Manager, Texas Division is an onsite role in Rosenberg, TX. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 per year. The role supports Superior Tank Company's Texas Division and its project delivery and operations growth. The project manager owns projects from kickoff through completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, quality, customer expectations, and cross-functional work. This oversight helps deliver successful projects, strengthen customer partnerships, and build the division's operations team and customer base.

What you'll do

• Manage projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations are met
• serve as the primary customer contact and identify future business opportunities
• coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, installation, sales, accounting, and other teams
• manage schedules, milestones, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and field crews
• identify and address project risks
• coordinate documentation, contracts, billing, and invoicing
• support estimating, proposals, pre-bid meetings, job walks, and business development
• provide project updates
• help strengthen the Texas Division's operations team, processes, and customer base across the Gulf Region.

Why this role

One to three years of project management experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or a related environment is requested. A relevant bachelor's degree and PMP certification are preferred; welded-tank experience is a plus. Microsoft Office and Procore proficiency are requested.
