What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable from purchase order through vendor payment
• perform three-way matching
• research discrepancies
• code expenses
• process vendor payments
• maintain vendor records and support 1099 reporting
• manage purchase orders, customer deposits, and financing activity
• reconcile financial data and accounts
• prepare accruals and reports
• support close and audits
• identify process improvements.
