Construction Project Executive

Job overview

The Construction Project Executive role is onsite in Fishers, IN. Compensation is $100,000–$130,000 per year. The role is with The Ravin Group, a central Indiana construction company, and oversees multiple commercial construction projects. The executive provides leadership from preconstruction through completion, guiding project managers and teams toward safe, on-schedule, on-budget delivery. The role also manages project strategy and risk, strengthens client relationships, and supports future business development.

What you'll do

• Provide executive oversight for multiple projects from preconstruction through completion
• lead, mentor, and support project managers and teams
• establish goals, priorities, schedules, and performance expectations
• monitor progress and delivery against safety, schedule, budget, and client expectations
• maintain relationships with owners, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• support business development
• participate in hiring and interviewing
• guide project risk, financial performance, staffing, and strategy
• ensure alignment with procedures, contracts, and regulations.
