What you'll do

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out
• explain hotel amenities and provide local recommendations
• process reservations, payments, and special requests
• offer upgrades and services
• coordinate with bell, valet, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams
• handle complaints and requests
• answer calls
• enter maintenance requests
• prepare reports, logs, and incident records
• support administrative tasks as assigned.
