The Executive Chef is an onsite role in Palo Alto, CA. Pay is $115,000–$128,000 per year. Radiate Hospitality is seeking a culinary leader to oversee food production and menu development across restaurant, banquet, and other food and beverage outlets. The chef leads culinary staff and operations, balancing menu creativity, food quality, team development, and financial performance. The role supports consistent dining and event experiences while managing costs, inventory, purchasing, and food safety.

What you'll do

• Lead, recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop culinary team members
• oversee food preparation and presentation
• plan, create, cost, and execute restaurant, banquet, daily, and seasonal menus
• develop recipes and presentation standards
• collaborate on event menus and lead culinary operations for events of 500 or more guests
• manage food and labor costs, budgets, and inventory
• oversee purchasing and vendor relationships
• ensure sanitation, food safety, and kitchen safety compliance.

Why this role

The role oversees multiple food and beverage outlets and large-scale events of 500 or more guests. Culinary Arts degree and/or at least three years of Executive Chef experience are preferred; advanced Sous Chef experience in a high-volume environment may also be considered.
