ACH Dispute Representative

What you'll do

• Process disputed ACH credits and debits, ACH stop payments, EFTs, and government reclamations
• research and respond to member dispute escalations
• prepare and send dispute letters
• perform Federal Reserve and EPN ACH adjustments
• assist reconciliation and accounting teams with balancing and settlement
• partner with internal departments to resolve processing issues
• may perform ACH testing, follow up with ODFIs, attend meetings, and respond to audit requests.
