What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and production needs
• follow portioning, presentation, and quality standards
• prepare ingredients and daily production
• set up and maintain food stations
• monitor serving temperatures
• receive, stock, rotate, and store supplies
• communicate inventory needs
• maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen
• follow food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and allergen procedures
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• serve students, guests, clients, and team members.
