What you'll do

• Support the Project Execution contracting strategy
• facilitate contract exhibits covering scope, specifications, pricing, and instructions
• assist with technical contract language and contractor negotiations
• coordinate project communication plans
• support contract-conformance training
• review contractor documents for compliance and notify contractors of deviations with team and project-manager concurrence
• maintain correspondence and documentation logs
• manage change-order logs and prepare change orders for approval
• prepare meeting agendas and notes
• establish contract document control and retention systems.
