What you'll do
- Plan and deliver standards-aligned K–5 instruction based on Georgia Extended Content Standards
- design individualized instruction in communication, functional academics, independence, and life skills
- use evidence-based practices and communication supports
- implement IEPs and report progress
- administer the Georgia Alternate Assessment and prepare required portfolios or performance tasks
- collect and analyze student data
- implement positive behavior supports and BIPs
- coordinate with related-service providers and families
- participate in coaching, professional development, and grade-level planning
- and support assigned school operations.
