Aerospace CNC Machinist, Day Shift

The machinist owns work from setup through final inspection, using advanced multi-axis equipment and machining expertise to meet tight tolerances and quality requirements. The role contributes directly to delivery performance and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Set up, run, inspect, and document machining work
• select tooling, establish offsets, and develop workholding strategies
• troubleshoot machining and dimensional issues
• edit G-code and M-code
• hold tight tolerances using precision gauges
• support first-article success. CMM programming/operation and formal First Article Inspections are preferred
• Mastercam programming is a plus, not required.
