Apartment Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete work orders and repairs in common areas and residential units
• perform preventive maintenance
• make light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• repair or replace appliances, fixtures, carpet, screens, tile, glass, and locks
• paint interiors and exteriors
• assist with grounds work and snow removal
• complete apartment turnovers and inspections
• maintain property appearance
• report repair needs
• participate in standby emergency and snow-removal coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
