MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS. · Degree: Bachelor s degree in pharmacy. · Education: Graduate from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE). · Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in outpatient and inpatient pharmacy to include ICU, Med/Surg, NICU, Pediatric, and sterile compounding.
