The Youth Development Professional — Engleburg role is onsite in Milwaukee, WI, part-time, Monday–Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Pay is $16.50–$18.76 per hour. Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee supports youth development through programs that promote healthy choices, leadership, and well-being. This role helps plan and deliver activities that build young members’ decision-making, leadership, and social-emotional skills. It also supports a safe, inclusive environment through member supervision, attendance and progress records, and collaboration with families and community partners.
