What you'll do

• Assist retail and shop customers in selecting parts
• explain companion part requirements and specials
• answer calls and provide price quotes
• notify the parts manager about out-of-stock items
• locate parts from outside sources and place emergency orders when needed
• bill internal parts requests to service repair orders
• process returns and credits
• maintain records
• participate in lost-sales tracking
• assist with stock, tire inventory, and returns
• oversee OEC orders.
