What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems aboard commercial and military vessels
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues
• perform preventive maintenance
• interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• comply with maritime safety standards, VSRA, and OSHA requirements
• coordinate with vessel crews, project managers, and other trades
• document service reports, parts usage, and maintenance logs.
