What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and upgrade workstation hardware, software, operating systems, and tablet devices
• support Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office and Office 365, DNS, Active Directory, laptop and PC hardware, and laser printers
• load software and images to end-user devices
• use ticketing systems
• communicate technical issues clearly to users
• complete tasks accurately and work with a team or independently
• travel as required, potentially including overnight stays.
