What you'll do

• Assist the housekeeping team
• support grounds and building maintenance projects
• move furniture for event setup and teardown
• help complete preventive and corrective maintenance work orders, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and furniture or equipment repairs
• keep common areas neat
• sweep walks and curbs, water landscaping, and shovel, sand, or salt icy areas
• perform related work as needed.
