What you'll do

• Partner with leaders on workforce strategies, future capability needs, talent risks, and workforce planning. Lead organizational design and workforce optimization efforts
• assess structures, decision rights, spans of control, and leadership effectiveness. Lead people-related aspects of transformations, acquisitions, integrations, restructures, and leadership transitions
• develop change plans and assess readiness. Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning and identify critical talent risks. Collaborate with Talent, Total Rewards, Shared Services, Employee Relations, and People Operations to adapt enterprise programs to business needs. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
