Preconstruction Project Engineer — Multifamily Construction

What you'll do

• Assist with estimates, budgets, bids, proposals, contracts, and presentations
• support quantity takeoffs and cost estimating
• review drawings, specifications, and project documents
• coordinate with managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• assist with subcontractor and vendor evaluation
• support feasibility reviews and value engineering
• track costs against estimates
• participate in site visits
• and assist with the transition to construction.
