What you'll do

• Lead engineers and technicians
• drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• manage predictive and preventive maintenance programs
• lead root-cause analysis
• maintain SOPs, bills of materials, and production standards
• collaborate with Production and Operations
• evaluate new technologies and expansions
• manage budgets, capital projects, and technical teams.
