What you'll do

• Champion the company mission, Brand Promises, and Values
• lead the annual Culture Plan, surveys, action plans, and recognition program
• own full-cycle hiring and candidate experience
• manage onboarding through the first 90 days
• conduct stay and exit interviews
• partner on career paths, succession planning, and leadership development
• support performance reviews
• handle employee concerns, investigations, corrective action, and separations
• maintain policies and confidential personnel files
• track talent metrics and recommend process improvements.
