What you'll do

• Develop new roll-off business in the assigned territory
• prospect construction, demolition, renovation, and redevelopment projects
• visit jobsites and build relationships with contractors and project decision-makers
• maintain a pipeline and follow projects through bidding, award, mobilization, and completion
• prepare proposals and pricing
• negotiate while protecting profitability
• coordinate with operations, dispatch, customer service, and management
• monitor existing accounts for additional opportunities
• maintain CRM records and participate in pipeline, forecasting, and sales strategy reviews.
