What you'll do

• Measure and prepare ingredients and fillings
• make doughs and batters
• operate ovens and bake and decorate products
• monitor ingredient and finished-product quality
• wrap and label baked goods
• monitor inventory, order supplies, and rotate stock
• clean and maintain bakery equipment and work surfaces
• assist customers with orders and product information
• and follow food safety procedures and brand recipes.
