Patient Services Associate, Bilingual English and Spanish

What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors
• schedule and reschedule appointments
• collect and update patient demographics, insurance information, and forms
• reconcile visits
• verify insurance
• collect payments and assist with payment plans or sliding-fee applications
• answer and route calls
• document information in the electronic health record
• maintain confidentiality
• support office supply monitoring.
