What you'll do

• Manage paralegals and administrative staff
• independently handle assigned and originated cases
• chair client corporate meetings
• manage electronic task lists and billing
• advise clients and maintain timely communication
• handle matter phases including pleadings, discovery, witness preparation, depositions, motions, trial preparation and conduct, and appellate work.
