What you'll do

• Work with clients to help ensure legal needs are met
• draft pleadings according to the calendar
• assist with trial preparation by organizing exhibits and witnesses, conducting legal research, supporting client meetings, and assisting with motion filings
• interview clients
• draft subpoenas and coordinate process servers
• organize case filing systems
• prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, briefs, and affidavits under lawyer supervision.
