Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus a state-indentured Tool & Die apprenticeship or six years as a non-indentured Tool & Die Maker; 3–5 years building progressive tooling, preferably metal stamping; Journeyman Card in Tool & Die. Skills include progressive die metal stamping and forming and tool/die/mold repair.
