Job overview
The Maintenance Supervisor role is an onsite position located in Chesapeake, VA. Compensation is $28.00–$32.00 per hour. This role supports the SupportWorks Housing maintenance team. The role exists to oversee and perform custodial work, apartment turnovers, and general maintenance of properties to ensure stable housing for vulnerable neighbors, while supervising maintenance personnel.
What you'll do
- Train and supervise staff, complete work orders, perform inspections, develop preventive maintenance schedules, manage inventory, process invoices, and respond to building emergencies.
