What you'll do

• Conduct U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, and prosecution
• analyze search results
• prepare responses to USPTO office actions
• advise on portfolio development and protection
• handle enforcement, cease-and-desist letters, domain disputes, UDRP and TTAB proceedings
• counsel on branding, advertising, social media, and copyright matters.
