What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize clinic areas
• follow cleaning schedules
• maintain lawns and grounds
• perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting work
• inspect clinic systems
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• maintain repair and inspection records
• coordinate specialized work with vendors and contractors
• follow OSHA and health and safety requirements.
