The position is in the Kresge Health & Rehab Center at Chelsea Retirement Community. The CNA provides hands-on support to residents in a skilled nursing community, helping with daily care, mobility, meals, and comfort. By monitoring residents and reporting changes, the aide contributes to responsive, respectful care.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• support meals and hydration
• assist with turning, positioning, mobility, and safe transfers
• measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output
• keep rooms tidy and stocked
• respond to call lights
• report changes in residents’ conditions
• maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
