Account Manager

What you'll do

• Manage account sales and margins
• maintain quote and order pipelines in BisTrack
• support customers regardless of account assignment
• address inquiries and resolve issues
• identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• conduct account reviews and site visits
• collaborate on account strategies
• track performance and maintain ERP records
• prepare forecasts and reports
• follow up on overdue payments when needed.
