Lead Sales Representative

Job overview

The Lead Sales Representative role is onsite in Southlake, TX, and pays $21–$24 per hour. This part-time position supports KidStrong’s center by driving trial enrollment, membership growth, and family experiences. The representative manages leads and trial bookings, converts trials into memberships, and supports retention and community outreach. The role also coaches and supports the management team and may serve as manager on duty when a General Manager or Assistant General Manager is not present.

What you'll do

• Manage leads from inquiry through enrollment
• respond through calls, texts, email, and CRM follow-up
• schedule and confirm trials
• conduct center tours and present the program
• convert trials into memberships
• follow up with missed trials, inactive leads, and former members
• generate referrals and community partnerships
• support sales training and accountability
• monitor sales activity and conversion
• assist families and support retention
• maintain CRM records and process membership agreements and account updates.
