Job overview

The Project & Service Coordinator is an onsite, full-time position in Kahului, HI. Pay is $25–$32 per hour. Control Freaks Hawaii designs, installs, and services technology systems for homes, businesses, and hotels throughout Hawaii. The coordinator keeps project and service work organized by coordinating schedules, tracking tasks, following up with employees, arranging materials, and communicating with customers. The role helps plans already made by project and service teams move through execution without losing track of open work or needed equipment.

What you'll do

• Coordinate schedules for technicians, electricians, service calls, and project work
• track open tasks and follow up
• help project managers organize upcoming work
• dispatch technicians and adjust schedules
• communicate appointment updates to customers
• coordinate equipment and materials
• follow up on service tickets and unfinished work
• update work orders and records
• receive deliveries, organize the warehouse, stage materials, and assist with inventory and office tasks.
