What you'll do

• Enter, scan, and image invoices
• sort, match, and review invoices and check requests
• prepare account analyses
• set up invoices for payment
• process checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments
• reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies
• monitor accounts
• respond to vendor inquiries
• produce monthly reports and assist with month-end closing.
