What you'll do

• Direct team positioning and monitor service speed and order accuracy
• address guest complaints and escalate when needed
• maintain line checks, temperature logs, sanitation, cleanliness, and uniform standards
• coach team members in real time
• open or close the restaurant when a manager is absent
• provide end-of-shift handoffs to the general manager or assistant manager.
