What you'll do

• Handle trust and estate and real estate litigation and transactional matters
• conduct legal research and writing, oral argument, and advocacy
• take and defend depositions
• manage discovery
• attend hearings and mediations
• negotiate settlements
• manage litigation deadlines, tasks, and caseload
• collaborate with attorneys and support staff
• maintain client and professional relationships.
