The Quality Control Sample Management Supervisor (2nd Shift) role is onsite in Rensselaer, NY. Base compensation is $35–$41 per hour, with a 10% second-shift differential. Eurofins PSS provides analytical testing services for clients in pharmaceutical, medical device, food, cosmetic, and consumer products industries. The supervisor oversees sample-management operations supporting quality-control testing. The work combines sample verification, documentation, handling, monitoring, and delivery with team leadership, scheduling, training, and adherence to regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures.

What you'll do

• Verify sample submissions to Quality Control
• document transactions in LIMS
• handle, store, organize, deliver, and prepare samples for shipment
• fulfill sample-pull requests
• conduct temperature, environmental, or CO2 monitoring
• perform inventory and disposal
• report quality anomalies
• lead direct reports and group leaders
• coordinate schedules, onboarding, and training.

Why this role
